Cadet Captain Casia Jefferson
Cadet Captain Casia Jefferson has served as the Cadet Commander for the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at River Rouge High School, River Rouge, Michigan. She plans to pursue a degree in computer engineering at Tuskegee University. She ranks number seven out of a class of 203 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.75. She hopes to embark on a career in an engineering field which can utilize her education and her desire to work in a creative environment.
Cadet Second Lieutenant Luke York has served as a platoon leader for the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at John Randolph Tucker High School, Richmond, Virginia. He plans to major in architecture at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA. He ranks number fifty out of a class of 425 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.98. He hopes to embark on a career building structures that include positive long range environmental impacts.
Cadet Second Lieutenant Luke York
Cadet Corporal Zakk Cooke Cadet Corporal Zakk Cooke participates in the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at Whale Branch Early College High School, Seabrook, South Carolina. He plans to major in biology at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He ranks number three out of a class of 101 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.90. His ultimate goal is to become a physician's assistant.


Cadet Captain Parker McHeard has served as the Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at Amsterdam High School, Amsterdam, New York. He plans to pursue a degree in social science at Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland. After getting a bachelor's degree he plans to obtain a master's degree. He ranks number twelve out of a class of 223 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.90. His professional goals include serving as an officer in the military, being a social worker, and providing music therapy services.

Cadet Second Lieutenant Zackary Zervos
Cadet Second Lieutenant Zackary Zervos has served as a platoon leader for the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at River Rouge High School, River Rouge, Michigan. He plans to pursue a degree in information technology at Central Michigan University, located at Mount Pleasant, Michigan. He ranks number four out of a class of 203 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.80. He plans to pursue work in the computer field after graduation.

Cadet First Lieutenant Roman Phillips has served as a platoon leader for the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at Fort Mill High School, Fort Mill, South Carolina. He plans to pursue a degree in aviation/aerospace engineering at Middle Tennessee State University. He ranks number ninety three out of a class of 447 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.935. He plans to pursue a career as a pilot with the United States Drug Enforcement Agency to help combat drug trafficking and distribution.

Cadet Gunnery Sergeant Ryan Jackson has served as Operations SNCO and a platoon leader during his years in the Marine Corps Junior ROTC program at Mexico High School, Mexico, New York. He plans to study engineering technology at Rochester Institute of Technology. He ranks number three out of a class of 149 and earned an unweighted grade point average of 4.00. At this time, he is unsure of his career plans except that he has a strong interest in engineering or scientific research.
